Each OREA model is tailored with a specific weight capacity, featuring a colored ring on the bottom isolator that indicates the model and its corresponding weight limit. The OREA series is packaged individually, providing greater flexibility in selecting the number of units to use. We recommend using a minimum of three units under each component, depending on its weight.

Better sound clarity

The upper flange of the OREA isolation feet is crafted to create a suction-cup-like effect, securely attaching to the underside of the component, while the lower flange firmly connects to the supporting surface. All vibrational energy is effectively managed within the core of the OREA units, which are precisely tuned for specific weight ranges. This design delivers enhanced sound clarity and a wider, more immersive soundstage, producing a truly authentic, three-dimensional audio experience.

Works with or without feet

The existing feet on an audio component may align seamlessly and fit snugly around the perimeter of the OREA isolator. For optimal performance, however, you might achieve superior results by either removing the feet completely or positioning the OREA isolators alongside them, allowing direct contact with the component’s chassis or base.

Weight Capacity

The OREA isolators are engineered for use in multiples to correspond with the weight of the component or speaker. The total weight capacity is determined as follows:
Total Weight Capacity = [Weight cap. per isolator] x [Qty of isolation feet]

It is common to use 3 or 4 OREA audio component isolation feet for each component or speaker, but keep in mind that it is most important to stay within the weight capacity of the OREA isolator.

The weight distribution of the component can also be taken into account. If for example the component is heaviest at the back, then it is common to use 3 isolation feet with 2 positioned at the back corners and 1 positioned front/center.
